TERMS AND CONDITIONS INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS CONNECT tourist accommodation

This document contains the terms, conditions, and restrictions under which SEEKERS SAS provides accommodation services in its establishments for clients of tourist accommodation, which are understood to be accepted by the client, as the case may be, by making the reservation.

1. Check-in and Check-out Policy

Check-in time is at 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is at 01:00 p.m.

It is necessary for all guests with stays from 1 to 30 nights to correctly complete the accommodation registration card. The essential data on this form are: full name, identity document, passport in case of foreigners, complete address, telephone and email of the guest and their companion(s).

For stays longer than 30 days, guests must fill out the guest data template, accommodation contract, and payment of the deposit corresponding to 65% of the accommodation value prior to the start of the studio apartment occupation.

At check-out, the concierge will announce 15 minutes before to the guest, to verify the functionality of the appliances and the inventory.

2. Early Check-in Policy

If early check-in is required before the established time, it is subject to availability:

  • a) Between 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m., no additional charges apply.
  • b) Between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., 50% of the current daily rate will be charged.
  • c) Between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m., the full daily rate will be charged.

3. Late Check-out Policy

If a late check-out is required after the established time, it must be consulted at the reception to validate availability:

  • a) Between 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m., no additional charges apply.
  • b) Between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m., 50% of the current daily rate will be charged.
  • c) After 5:00 p.m., the full daily rate will be charged.

Note: Early departure without justified reason: the remaining amount of the accommodation will be charged and the daily rates paid will not be refunded.

4. Cancellation and Modification Policy for Flexible Rates

  • a) The guest can cancel 24 hours before the check-in date without penalty.
  • b) Requires payment equivalent to the first night plus taxes as a reservation deposit.
  • c) In case of no-show, a penalty will be applied and the deposit will be deducted.
  • d) Allows date modifications subject to availability and payment of rate difference.
  • e) Early departure without justified reason: the remaining amount of the accommodation will be charged.

5. Reservation Policies

  • a) Reservations are guaranteed with full prepayment.
  • b) The guest must check in between 03:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.
  • c) The amount of the additional person rate will depend on the reservation value.
  • d) Only in cases of demonstrable force majeure will a refund be considered applying penalties.

6. Policy for Accommodation of Minors

If traveling with a child under eighteen (18) years old, the identification document of the minor proving the relationship must be presented.

  • Minors from 0 to 5 years old: no additional charge applies.
  • Minors from 6 to 11 years old: 50% of the daily rate of an additional person.
  • 12 years and older: full rate.

If the minor is not traveling with their parents, a notarized permission and corresponding documentation are required.

7. Additional Person Accommodation Policy

  • a) A third person may be accommodated with an inflatable mattress at no cost.
  • b) Must be previously registered at reception and pay the corresponding fee.

8. Right of Admission

CONNECT SEEKERS SAS may reserve the right of admission according to its policies.

9. Payment Methods

  • a) Debit card, credit card, payment link, or bank transfer.
  • b) Rates are in Colombian pesos.
  • c) Checks are not accepted.

10. Reversion Policy

When payment is made with a card issued in Colombia, a reversal can be requested from the bank with the corresponding administrative charges.

11. Value Added Tax Payment

If the reservation is made through an online travel agency, CONNECT SEEKERS SAS will invoice the VAT if the agency has not done it previously.

12. Code of Conduct

  • a) Parties or noises that affect tranquility are prohibited.
  • b) The accommodation is not responsible for lost items.
  • c) Found objects are kept for 30 days.
  • d) Unregistered visitors only at reception.
  • e) Smoke-free building according to Law 1335 of 2009.
  • f) Guests must take care of the studio apartments.
  • g) Prohibited sexual trafficking, drugs, and illegal behavior.
  • h) Warning of ESCNNA according to Law 679 of 2001.
  • i) Rejection of sexual exploitation of children.
  • j) Compliance with Law 1336 of 2009.
  • k) Rejection of any form of discrimination.
  • l) Prohibited entry of weapons.
  • m) The guest is responsible for damages or losses.

13. Anti-Corruption Commitment

Anti-corruption laws prohibit payments or promises of value to public or private officials to obtain undue advantages. Any non-compliance will allow immediate termination of the relationship.

14. Sustainability Policy

CONNECT SEEKERS SAS is committed to sustainable development, environmental protection, socio-cultural and economic, applying prevention and awareness measures.

15. Privacy Policy

The accommodation protects the privacy of its guests. Data is not sold or disclosed to third parties unless necessary for billing or requested services.

16. Authorization for Personal Data Processing

In accordance with Law 1266 of 2008, Law 1581 of 2012, and other applicable regulations in Colombia, the client authorizes CONNECT SEEKERS SAS to process their personal data to comply with the service obligations. For inquiries or modifications, you can write to contacto@seekers.com.co
